Very clear and upfront about costs, possible scenarios to consider, offering alternative solutions and resources, and especially great at timely response/communication/customer service. (I can’t speak about the repair process because I chose not to move forward with repairs due the major cost of repair that my vehicle would have required.)

Empey's Truck and Auto has always been great to deal with I have gone to them for years. They do quality work at a competitive price and in a timely manner. They kept me updated on the work being done and have even sent me video or photos of any problems they found. Any time I have a vehicle in need of repair I trust Empey's.

Not only are they super professional, they treat you like family. I recommend this place!

Being the executive director of a local Small business-I like to support other small businesses in the area, that’s why I took our company vehicle to Empey’s for repairs- at the end of January we Got the quote of $852. We were told the vehicle would be done in 1 day, but after several days of getting the runaround it was done in 5 days with a total of $1601! The receptionist admitted to giving false information, and we were given a $30 discount (the total was $1631) THREE days after getting it back from Empey’s and driving it 10 miles back to the business, it started acting up again. Since we just picked it up from the repair shop, naturally I asked the driver to take it back to who just fixed it 3 days ago. Empey’s came back with another $800 estimate- something new wrong!!! They didn’t catch it before??? Not wanting to pay double the estimate again, I declined their ‘fix’. Once I declined, they proceeded to charge me $180 for diagnostics! ***BEWARE***of the surprise charges- and the way they give false information to their customers. And don’t count on them helping you get your vehicle up and running effectively, only 10 miles later out vehicle quit on us!

Empey's is an excellent choice if you need your car or truck worked on because they are very thorough and honest and know what they are doing.

My sister had a horrible experience with these guys. Save your money and go to c&s or Wally’s where they actually know what they’re doing. April first quoted my sister about 800 to fix her car and after she gave her the go ahead to move forward with the work, april called back the next day telling her that it would be an additional 7000 to fix a head gasket! My sister told her to stop the work and they at first were trying to charge her 1000 instead of the 800 she was quoted. These guys are just trying to rip you off. Horrible service and communication, I would not recommend them to anyone.

I bring all three of my vehicles into Empey’s when they need work done. Every time I get my vehicle back, it runs for a long time (They do GREAT WORK , and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE)
