Had issues with our vehicle and finding someone who could see us soon to get it checked out and evaluated. The whole crew at Empy’s took great care of us and got us back on the road same day. Great small town business, very detail oriented, thorough, and honest. I would recommend them to anybody. Greg took great care of us at the front desk and the service tech was awesome to explain the findings of his diagnostics. Will definitely use them again when the time arises!

I wouldn't take any vehicles here. There a bunch of liars, they're rude and very unprofessional and don't seem to know what they're talking about or doing. They also charge you 170 dollars for just for using a scan tool. This company is a joke.

Great employees and customer service, I had my car worked on and they took care of the issues I had and the price is reasonable. I will take my vehicles to them in the future when they need worked on.

Just had my truck worked on for replacement blower motor. Asked for the thermostat to be checked/replaced. Was told everything was OK. Now I'm blowing cold air and can't even defrost without a space heater and have to use a timer to ensure I don't overheat the engine!

My heater wasn't blowing hot air. I had already replaced thermostats. They first said air was in the line. Then the radiator needed flushing, then the heater core needed flushing, heater hose had a crimp (been that way forever), and finally a mouse nest was clogging the cabin filter (air was still flowing). They charged me $625 for the radiator system flushing & cabin filter replacement. Outrageous!
