I used this shop for my truck and was happy with the service and of course I got a list of things that needed to be done… but since I could do them myself I decline for them to do them. Then when I brought my wife’’s car in for an oil change…I got the same list and they told me the transmission oil needed changing badly…but I had that done 25k miles ago at a Honda Dealership. So now I don’t trust them :( Any shop that pulls that on me it’s over.. no 2nd chances. :/

Shane quoted me $1000 to replace an engine mount on my buick lucerne 3.9L v6. Got it done for $100 + the motor mount $45.. to expensive for me.

They were able to fit us in on the same day and gave us a very detailed report of what needs to be done and over the phone prioritized which things were most important. Friendly and thorough.

They may not be pretty lookin' but they know how to fix cars and they're honest about it. Greg is awesome and takes whatever time you need to help explain the repairs needed and recommendations.

I appreciate the good service you have always given me on 2005 Highlander, and 1996 Tacoma. I especially appreciate Shane who is always so good to go over the maintenance records with me; always alerting me about what needs to be considered and what needs to be done, and whether the it makes sense to do the maintenance in light of how old the vehicles are. And Thank you so much for respecting me as a customer and knowing you will always do good maintenance on my vehicles. Larry Schaat
