I especially appreciate Shane who is always so good to go over the maintenance records with me; always alerting me about what needs to be considered and what needs to be done, and whether the it makes sense to do the maintenance in light of how old the vehicles are. AMAZING service! My family and I broke down right as we pulled into Idaho Falls. I called several mechanics and no one could helps us for days or even weeks! Greg from Emory’s was so understanding. They made us a top priority and had us on the road as soon as possible. We are so thrilled with the work they did on our van, as well as their amazing customer service.
