I needed maintenance on my vehicle with a specific timeline. I expressed my concerns when scheduling my vehicle. Empey's went the extra mile to make sure the service was provided in a timely manner and had my car completed a day earlier than anticipated. I really appreciated their service and efforts to accommodate me.

Empeys has done a great job the last couple times we've had our car in for work. Greg kept me informed and did a great job working with our warranty company.

Empey's provides excellent, efficient, friendly and honest service. I noticed my ca4 had a problem at 8am. They had parts ordered and repair accomplished at 11am. Multiple family members have used Empey's while traveling and while living here in Idaho Falls. I gladly recommend them.

You can trust this shop. I had an old truck that I didn’t want to let go of, but with the brake lines completely rusted out it was the best choice. They taught me all about it so that I wouldn’t waste money, and they even gave me a very fair price to unload it on them. I was very grateful for their commitment to the customer!

This is an amazing shop and I’ll never go anywhere else! Recently the heat in my truck wasn’t working so I thought I’d have to get a new heater core for thousands, but they flushed it and worked with it to save it! They could have gone the expensive way, but I’m so grateful they are in it for what’s best for the customer.

Excellent mechanics shop! The very best in Idaho Falls. Over the 4 years of coming to them they’ve always been up front, honest and give expert advice. They even pass my adult son’s test and he trusts them now.

I just recently created a relationship with Empey's when a vehicle I own wasn't wanting to start. We decided to give them a try and are happy we did because a couple weeks later we would need them again...for a Much Bigger job. When the rear end of my truck went out while driving I didn't know where to go, so I called Empey's and asked if they do this typed of work. Greg and team were amazing from that phone call on and kept me informed every step of the way, worked with the other business that was involved, and got me back in my truck as quickly as possible.
