I'm impressed. I was referred to Empey's by a work friend. Greg took the time and came out to my car to see what was going on. I've never had someone do that before at other repair shops. They kept me updated every step of the way and told me exactly what to expect in fixing it and price. Greg was very professional and nice. They showed way more competency than the Hyundai dealership. I couldn't be more happy with my experience here.

Very poor customer service over the phone

Empey’s took great care of us and our 2004 Audi Allroad Quatrro. They were quick, professional, and went out of their way to make us comfortable while we were stranded without a car. Thank you so much! We can’t describe what a wonderful experience we had!
