The best experience I've had at an auto shop, I had called around to different shops to get a quote, Empeys was the only one to suggest bringing it in for tests to find out exactly what was going on. Greg and Rob were awesome! They quickly helped diagnose and fix our family car in no time! Very friendly and informative! They have a cool system of which you can approve or decline repairs that are needed. I’ll be using them again in the future . 👍🏻

I wasn't going to leave a bad review until recently. I called for a quote and left a message. They never replied to me while EVERY SINGLE OTHER SHOP I contacted returned my call. But before this they quoted me over $1000 for a radiator flush and thermostat change on my older Pathfinder. I was jaw dropped. Did the thermostat myself for $72 plus about 1hr or so of my time. I'm sure an expert could have done it even quicker. I was pretty upset about that quote, but pair it with the lack of communication and I have thought it's probably best to stay away from here. Too bad. I wanted to give them a chance.

Hello Elio, I just checked our previous estimate for you on the thermostat and coolant service. The estimate was for $662.17 parts labor and tax. Definitely not $1000. I will talk to to my team. If they failed to follow up with you then that was definitely a failure on our part and I apologize for that. Thank you for helping us to improved.

Best in town . They check everything and tell you what needs done now and what can be done later. They get you in fast and repair has usually be done by the next day. Fabulous place.

Incredible customer service and vehicle service. They saved me so much money and were so transparent and helpful. They came highly recommended by a coworker and I knew what was happening every step of the way as well as the total cost before hand. I cannot recommend them enough they are so incredibly. I will never go anywhere else!
