ME and my parents have uesd empeys for a long time and they do a great job.. I like how they send you a text about the details of your vehicle. I was there for an oil change last Thursday.

Empys are the BEST. They are super good at getting us in fast. They are great at fixing everything - old and new cars, truck, farm equipment. They are super good at finding and explaining what’s broken and what will be required to fix it. They are all super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I am grateful for all they do for us

Empey's is the best mechanics in the greater Idaho Falls area. They have fair prices and explain the issues, and do there best to be fast and efficient. They are sometimes very busy but it's because they are so wonderful. I really enjoy Greg as well, he explains to me what is going on with my vehicle, and doesn't act condescending at all, he is great at customer service in general and really fun to talk to!

Love Empey’s! Honest & always willing to explain to you what is happening. When things are urgent or can wait. Won’t take my cars anywhere else especially since I realize I can get my oil changed there too

Would not recommend if you want a trustworthy mechanic that knows what they're doing. Multiple misunderstandings one of which was they had no record of me picking up and paying for the "work" they did on my vehicle.

GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Have not received this kind of customer service in years, anywhere. I had a front end noise that I was pretty sure wouldn't make the trip back to AZ. I was there when they opened, technician drove with me, they diagnosed and my car was done same day. Worth delaying my trip a day. Wheel bearing replaced.
