Always have a great experience with Empey’s. They are very informative when diagnosing the vehicle’s issues. They also get authorization from the customer to move forward with repairs, which is very appreciated.

I appreciated the indepth analysis of my 15 year old vehicle. It still has to last me for a while and I appreciated the honest and thorough discussion I had with Shane. I know it needs shocks all the way around. But they are not leaking and so far the vehicle seems to be handling well. The cost to do the work took my breath away. I guess I am just an old man who is not up with the times on what things, in some cases, cost now. Thanks for your patient in the discussion we had. I had taken it here, decent work. Kind of charged a lot for what they did, and i found a leak in the job they did. Couldnt get them to take care of it, told me for weeks they'd call back never did. I had to follow-up, great people jus need to be more organized or something.

Everyone here is courteous and knowledgeable. The service was very efficient. I highly recommend Empey’s to my family and anyone in this area.

Love this place ..what’s the first thing you think about when you’re looking for someone to service your car. ..”Can I trust them??”..well this place can be trusted ..and the service is like non other ..welcoming, fast, and professional. I know very little about cars. I have to go where trust has been earned and demonstrated. Their pricing is fair and as retirees this is important. Their team is great, and everyone I interacted with was upbeat and professional.

Chose Empey because of great web site and straight answers to my questions. I made the decision to come in because I was pleased that you offer to provide customer with parts replaced, upon request. I would prefer a written estimate after you perform video-documented multi-point inspection, and before the work starts -- my job was complete before I was walked through the video inspection results.
