Empey's got my Honda in the next day for a tune-up. That is wonderful unto itself, but as they were analyzing my car, they called back and said that my car does not need a tune-up at this time and suggested a much cheaper fix to my problem of a rough idle. And this makes me trust them with my vehicles.

We received a great deal through the mail to get a full service. We took our van in, a few hours later they finished up and gave us a very detailed report about the condition of our vehicle that we could access through a link they texted us. It was very easy to understand. It contained great educational materials. We were able to see concerning areas we needed to address on our vehicle. They are far more advanced with the technology they use to help their customers. We felt very taken care of. Shane was very kind. We will be returning.
