I recently had my Yukon breakdown while on vacation to Island Park. I live in Northern Utah, and was stressing about how to get it home or how to get it fixed. A friend of mine suggested Empey’s. We dropped it off on a Sunday, and they had it fixed that Tuesday. The communication from Greg was amazing. I honestly have never experienced this level of customer service from any auto shop, not even a dealership. I absolutely would recommend Empey’s to anyone.

Got a transmission put in. Started having issues. They checked the fluid twice and did a diagnostics. Drove it and confirmed the issues. They told me they would call me back and never did. Went to another mechanic and the other mechanic found Empey's didn't put the seal in for the transmission filter and it was 3 quarts low on fluid. I will never go back and I'm disgusted at the poor excuse for customer service. They just wanted my money. They should have stepped up and checked things out, but instead charged me to diagnose the issue and never called to get it resolved. Very poor services and quality of work!
