On a cold snowy morning my Jetta had a moment and decided not to start. I called Empey's on the advice of someone from IF and within 20 minutes Bruce had shown up and not only loaded my ride but had explained what sort of expense i might be looking at for a diagnostic timeline and cost. At the shop both Sean, who'd taken my original call and Greg who booked me in were friendly and welcoming, TBH sometimes when you take your broken car to a mechanics its not exactly a "customer orientated experience". We were there about 45 mins, everyone was busy but engaged with every customer that walked through the door or called on the 'phone. I had a complete diagnostic of my car texted to me in a format and non mechanic language i could understand and i never felt anything other than my business and time was respected. First visit ever and i felt as if i had done business there for years. No one likes a surprise auto bill but this company earned every penny from start to finish. In a business of machines and parts they add a lot of human to the process
