Greg was very kind and took his time in answering all my questions. He also gave me fair advise on which car repairs are likely necessary and which repairs could wait. Overall, i am very pleased with the customer service at Empey's.

Empey's does the research before working on your vehicle, this limits the cost to you and fixes your vehicle correctly the first time. One company said i had to replace my rear main seal on my truck. Empey's looked closer at my engine, it turned out to be the oil filter adapter. A couple hundred dollar fix, versus three thousand dollar fix. Thanks for the savings.

Took truck in for clutch slipping and brakes. 5 page bill. Total $2437.93. $77.00 inspection fee $86.73 Shop supplies (shop rags) $110..37 per hour labor rate Caught a $130.00 over charge on fluids. Questioned a "phantom fee" (no parts or labor) for $501.17. said he will provide me a copy of the bill. They sent the work out and charge an additional 25% over what it cost them. Brake fluid $117.21 Anti freeze $165.30 Repack front Wheel bearing. $522.86 Differential fluid. $107.73 Transmission Fluid. $ 79.84 R differential Fluid. $120.00 The list goes on. I suggest you get a fully itemized quote before allowing them to work on your vehicle. Nice people just very pricey!!! Got the truck back and

I run an Automotive shop in Salt Lake City. A family member of mine visited their shop and shortly after had an issue with the same system they worked on. Family asked me to get involved do to their lack of car knowledge. I worked with Greg. He could not have been more helpful, fair, or professional. This was a problem that no one could have for seen but made the situation right and got them back on the road. I hope my shop is as quick and helpful as these guys.
