Like most people, I don’t enjoy the times my car breaks down. I always felt like the mechanics were taking me for more money than needed to just fix my car. I have never felt that way with Empey’s. They truly care about their customers. Getting me back on the road as soon as possible was their number one concern. Bruce (the owner) even drove me back to my office while they were working on the car for the day. Some businesses still know how to take care of their customers. I drive 30 miles into Idaho Falls just so I can continue using Empey’s for my car repair needs. Thank you over and over for giving me a place to take my vehicles in at a time when I’m already frustrated. Use them, you won’t be disappointed!

Roland worked overtime to get the truck repairs completed in a timely manner to meet my needs. The vehicle performance was noticeably much better pulling the trailer, etc. Thank you.

The entire staff are friendly and professional . They treat the hired help fairly ànd furnish a detailed printout showing what was done and anything else that they recommend should be done .
