We recently purchased a “new to us” RV which came with no maintenance history. Empey’s did a thorough analysis of what systems needed to be serviced and created a baseline for future maintenance. I brought my truck in for service due to an Engine panel light being on. They correctly diagnosed the problem as a defective catalytic converter and referred me to a Ford Dealership since this was still covered under warrantee. I would not have know the warrantee coverage without Empey's help. The dealership tried to charge me nearly $1900 for the replacement, but I objected because I had been informed it was covered under warrantee. The checked and yes, it was covered. Thanks Empey's!

Of the three things we brought our vehicle in for, they managed to only fixe one, and installed the wrong part for the other two.
