Took in my 2018 Jeep for a big oil leak that was coming from my oil filter housing, was helped out by Greg at the front desk (excellent customer service) he explained everything in person and on the phone BEFORE and AFTER the service was done. Big thanks to the crew who worked on my car as of now the leak is gone. Definitely returning for future repairs and services. Thank you 🤙

ME and my parents have uesd empeys for a long time and they do a great job.. I like how they send you a text about the details of your vehicle. I was there for an oil change last Thursday.

Empys are the BEST. They are super good at getting us in fast. They are great at fixing everything - old and new cars, truck, farm equipment. They are super good at finding and explaining what’s broken and what will be required to fix it. They are all super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Empey's is the best mechanics in the greater Idaho Falls area. They have fair prices and explain the issues, and do there best to be fast and efficient. They are sometimes very busy but it's because they are so wonderful. I really enjoy Greg as well, he explains to me what is going on with my vehicle, and doesn't act condescending at all, he is great at customer service in general and really fun to talk to!
