Do not go to Empey’s! They pulled apart my Jeep after I told them to call on my warranty first. Then they found out the part was under factory warranty and needed to be replaced by a licensed dealer. They had to put it back together and charged me another hour to do that. They should have never charged me because it was their mistake after I told them to call the warranty service. When I complained about this, they just kept saying they had that much time into it. It was their fault that they did not follow my directions. In the end, I spent $335 on an oil change gone horribly wrong. They also charged me $25 to “steam clean” my engine and there was still oil everywhere. They also added 3000 miles to my odometer in their specs and put the wrong mileage to change my oil as a result of this error. They were unreasonable and rude to me. Customer service is everything, but this company just wants to bleed you dry and take you for as much money as they can whether they have earned it or not. I will never go back and will use an authorized dealer from now on. It would save me hundreds of dollars and tears. I feel cheated and horrible. Please take my advice and go somewhere else.
Ashley sorry to hear that you had a poor experience. When we found the source of the oil leak we had called and got approval from you to do the job. We had already started on the job when you brought the warranty info in. As soon as we knew about possible warranty we stopped where we where at. We did need to reassemble what was already taken apart.
