Love Empey’s! Honest & always willing to explain to you what is happening. When things are urgent or can wait. Won’t take my cars anywhere else especially since I realize I can get my oil changed there too

Would not recommend if you want a trustworthy mechanic that knows what they're doing. Multiple misunderstandings one of which was they had no record of me picking up and paying for the "work" they did on my vehicle.

Hi Latesha, we where definitely still looking into your vehicle. Here is what the technician wrote. "Did multiple electrical tests battery, starter and alternator parasitic draw battery is marginal and should be replaced alternator is good starter is good there is no draw don't believe it to be an electrical issue plugged in scan tool and there are no codes either let the vehicle sit through the weekend came in and started it started just fine shut it down and restarted it 3 times all passed cannot get the vehicle to stall out or not start had manager take it forma drive he brought it back and was able to get it to misfire cylinder 4 had the most misfires so I pulled cylinder 4 spark plug it looks fairly new the gap is a little large" The next step was to start with a full tune up. We would still recommend that. If we can help at all please don't hesitate to call.

GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Have not received this kind of customer service in years, anywhere. I had a front end noise that I was pretty sure wouldn't make the trip back to AZ. I was there when they opened, technician drove with me, they diagnosed and my car was done same day. Worth delaying my trip a day. Wheel bearing replaced.

My daughter’s car suddenly became undriveable. She called the Ford dealership. They told her that they could not only tow her car but also couldn’t see what the problem was until September 23rd. I called Empey’s and they towed the car from her home that day. The next day, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the car the day after that. Forty-eight hours compared to several weeks?? Are you kidding!! We will always go to Empey’s!
