I knocked my truck out of alignment by hitting a rough spot off the side of the road. Empey's fit me in their schedule same day i called and gave my wife and I a ride back home and came and picked me up from work since it was the only truck we had. The truck now rides good and drives straight. Great customer service, Great work!

We were on a road trip heading south when we discovered our AC wasn't working. I called from the road and explained the situation and they had us come right in. They checked over the system, vacuumed and recharged, and got us back on the road with a nice cold 36 degree breeze. They quoted us exactly what we paid -- and it was a fair price. They were super fast and helped us out in a pinch. Highly recommend.

We had a check engine light come on in our boys car - you know the kind, good cars, but they aren't worth much. There were many things that needed to be repair or replaced, but I greatly appreciated their understanding of financial constraints and helped us make the most informed choice on what to do now and what we could wait on. They were great to work with and I appreciated the updates and genuine concern I felt from them. Thanks for a job well done!

BMW A/C Service The a/c was not putting out cold air like it should. Empey estimated the work and then did the work as estimated. There was no mechanical malfunction just low on refrigerant. The result was cold air in the cabin. What more could you want. Very nice crew of mechanics and front end shop personnel (Shane). Very pleased.

Very thorough inspection on my 1994 Landcruiser. I keep my 1994 Landcruiser in the best shape I can, but he ain't gettin any younger. Only one service issue was a surprise and that was taken care of since it was done only six month ago by a shop that is part of a group of twenty service partners that they are aligned with. Took my car in to have a leak checked. They found the issue quickly after two other shops couldn't or didn't feel like finding it. Had the repair done far sooner than I would have expected. They kept me informed at each step along the way with a running estimate of what it was going to cost. Gave me the old parts without me having to ask. This is the second time I have had work done there and I will definitely return since skilled, honest mechanics are very rare in Idaho Falls.
