We were on a road trip heading south when we discovered our AC wasn't working. I called from the road and explained the situation and they had us come right in. They checked over the system, vacuumed and recharged, and got us back on the road with a nice cold 36 degree breeze. They quoted us exactly what we paid -- and it was a fair price. They were super fast and helped us out in a pinch. Highly recommend.

Fixed my starter You guys did a great job and saved me money by finding out the old starter had a warranty. That is why I keep comming back.

Great Service, Better Price Before I take a long road trip. I have my 08 X3 checked out. Since I have regularly been disappointed by the BMW dealer in IF (who never answered my online request for an appointment), I found Empey's on line and they could take me in on Friday for a safety check, and to check of my front windshield washer, which was not working. The owner himself, took me to Rumbi's for lunch, my IF fav. And an employee picked me up. The staff are neatly dressed and they and the shop are clean. Clearly a well run family business. I needed a new pump for the windshield washer, fairly priced, and was not charged for the safety check. Did get long list of service needed. Will take it back upon return from Seattle ares.

Mystery bad idle finally solved I took my hot rod to Empey's after spending many hours trying to get the idle right after an engine rebuild. When I reached my limit of patients I went to Empey's repair to give them a chance. I was nearly convinced that I had a vacuum leak and wanted them to smoke the intake to reveal any leaks. It was fine. It ended up being a bad distributor that was the culprit. It took a while to find but after many visits with mechanic Roland he got my hot rod going again. Thanks be to Roland. The service was great, fixed a few small things not even on the bill, cleaned it inside and out, kept me informed and were fast! Great job!

These guys really know what they are doing. I was in town temporarily and developed a suspension problem. They got together as a team and nailed it. Fixed right the first time. Cost was very reasonable.

I have a small fleet of pickup trucks for my business and have used quite a few of the shops in town for different repairs. I have only had good experiences working with Empey's and would recommend them highly!
