I was originally referred to Empey's eight years ago by an area mechanic...I was assured that my car would be repaired quickly, with new parts, and at a reasonable price. I was also assured that I would not be scammed or taken advantage of which is a concern as a woman. This gentleman was 100% correct! My car has always been repaired quickly and the treatment I have received from the owner and employees has been nothing but respectful. I have never felt that I was being taken advantage of or ripped off. I have always been given an initial estimate upfront for any diagnostic services and then I am contacted to discuss what needs to be done and what the cost will be. No work is performed unless I have approved it and if additional work is needed, the mechanics are able to tell me when it needs to be done before a major problem occurs. I wholeheartedly recommend Empey's Truck and Auto Repair to anyone who is looking for a reputable mechanic...especially if you are a woman!

I have been taking my trucks and cars to Empey's for years. They have done maintenance on our Toyota 4 Runner, VW TDI Passat, Nisson Pathfinder, Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel. Their customer service has always been excellent for me and they definitely stand behind their work. I have recommended their services to several of my friends.

We had a problem with a Dodge Durango's electronic throttle control, called around a little bit and decided to take it here. They quoted us $85 to diagnose the problem, which we agreed to. They determined it was damage from a mouse living in the engine, sealed the wires that had been chewed, recommended we put a block of rid x in the engine compartment, and turned us loose for about $185 total. My only concerns were that 100 dollars to seal a wire on top of the 85 diagnosis seemed a little steep and I had call them to get the diagnosis rather than them calling me. That being said, they resolved what might have been a serious problem honestly and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need which is why they got a four star review. I'll definitely take my vehicles back there if we have other issues.

Bruce and his crew are excellent at taking care of our cars. He even gave us great advice about a car we were looking to buy. I would refer all my friends to Empeys. thanks Bruce!
