Quick Emergency Fix We had a electric window that was broken in the down position. Not a good thing in winter in Idaho. Thanks to Shane, they got me in quick and diagnosed what was wrong. They didn't have the part but they got the window back in the up position until the part comes in. I really appreciate the quick fix to get the window back up. It was a little pricey but they got it done.

I have always been given an initial estimate upfront for any diagnostic services and then I am contacted to discuss what needs to be done and what the cost will be. No work is performed unless I have approved it and if additional work is needed, the mechanics are able to tell me when it needs to be done before a major problem occurs. I wholeheartedly recommend Empey's Truck and Auto Repair to anyone who is looking for a reputable mechanic...especially if you are a woman!
