Being new to Idaho I was looking for a mechanic shop I spoke with several but after speaking with Empey's service Representative I felt confident about taking my cars to them after I actually got there I was very pleased super clean shop that means a lot to me it tells how they feel about there business, yes I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that asks me about an auto shop.

My parents recommended this location, and I am so glad I listened. They listened to me when I informed them of my car's situation and educated me on how my car actually ran. This is the first time I have had an auto repair location explain my car's terminology and systems. They didn't try to sell me on a service to increase my bill, but they wanted to help me save money.

These guys are amazing!!!! Gregg went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally locked the key in the loaner car at 6:00 pm the night I got it. They did a very thorough diagnostic and fixed everything in a very timely mannrr

So far everything is ok. The cost was some what more than i expected. Still a little squealing from the rear end. Will than go away as it breaks in?

Being new to Idaho falls I was looking for a shop to get my wife's MBZ serviced after speaking with Greg I was confident that this shop would do a good job made an appointment on the day of the appointment again I was very pleased to see how clean and organized this shop was, they did the service explained a few things that I was not aware of that's the kind of business I like doing business with, I would absolutely recommend empeys auto and truck service.
